Part Pictures Studio is inviting artists, creatives, and media enthusiasts to join our productions as voluntary collaborators.
This call includes participation in various media productions such as:
- Feature films
- Short films
- TV series and television programs
- Theatre productions
- Commercial videos
- Music videos
- Documentaries
- Reports
- Educational videos
- And other media productions
Collaboration Terms
1. Nature of Collaboration
This collaboration is entirely voluntary and does not create any employment relationship between the parties.
2. Financial Conditions
Participants acknowledge and accept that this collaboration currently does not include salary, wages, or any financial/material compensation.
3. Image and Voice Rights
Participants grant full, permanent, and worldwide permission for their image, voice, performance, and presence to be recorded, edited, used, published, and distributed across all media platforms, including:
- Television
- Internet
- Social media
- International platforms
4. Ownership of Works
All intellectual and material rights related to productions created within this collaboration belong exclusively to Part Pictures Studio.
5. Confidentiality
Collaborators agree to keep all project-related information, scripts, backstage materials, and production details confidential unless written permission is provided.
6. Commitment to Collaboration
Selected participants are expected to attend scheduled productions and perform assigned duties professionally and responsibly.
7. Professional Conduct
Respectful behavior, teamwork, discipline, and professional conduct are mandatory. Part Pictures Studio reserves the right to terminate collaboration in cases of misconduct, disruption, or ineffective cooperation.
8. Commitment to Project Completion
Participants agree to continue their collaboration until the completion of their assigned role or task within the project.
If a participant leaves a project without a justified reason:
- The studio retains the right to use all recorded materials.
- The studio may replace the participant.
- Reasonable cooperation for reshoots may still be required.
If unjustified withdrawal causes provable damage to the project, the matter may be resolved through negotiation or legal authorities.
9. Personal Responsibility
Each participant is responsible for their own safety, health, and personal conduct during productions.
10. Promotional Use
Part Pictures Studio may use participants’ names, images, videos, voices, and activities for promotional, branding, and marketing purposes.
11. No Financial Claims
Participants acknowledge that they will not make financial claims regarding productions completed under this voluntary collaboration.
